Wanda's Burlesque Cake

I made this cake for my co-worker, Wanda. We share a passion for high heels! =) I usually bring Wanda my cake tops after I bake and level my cakes, or "Dusty's top cake" as she calls it. Haha! Her favorite is my chocolate cake so that is what she got. Happy Birthday Wanda! xoxo
