I made a two tier cake similar to this one a while back and it was requested as a three tier this time. I added palm trees and vines and jungle leaves to this one. =)



Jungle Themed Baby Shower Cake

I was sent pictures of baby shower cakes with a jungle theme and asked to use them for inspiration for this cake. I had never made a jungle themed cake with animal print patterns and I thought it was really cute so I picked that one out of the batch and made it. I'm not sure who to give credit to for the original design, but I like it. =)

Maksud's 1st Birthday Cake

Maksud's mom sent me a picture of a cake with polka dots and jungle animals, along with an invitation with the actual colors that she wanted for the cake to be. Here is the invitation...

I came up with a design with those colors, the polka dots from the cake in the picture that she sent me and the animals. I am a big fan of bunting so I added a bunting banner on this cake just because. =) This was the first time that I made an elephant and a lion standing up rather than sitting down and I must say, I like them better standing. =)

Ariana's 6th Birthday

Ariana's mom wanted a cake with a previous design that I had done and then she wanted jungle animals added. =) The top and bottom tiers are white almond sour cream cake and the middle tier is chocolate cake.
