Happy Birthday to my Dad! Both tiers are carrot cake with cream cheese filling (his favorite). =) The top tier is covered in chocolate fondant and the little footballs are made from the chocolate fondant as well. It tastes like a tootsie roll...yumm! I love you Dad!
