The top tier is white almond sour cream cake. The bottom tier is chocolate cake. Both tiers have cream cheese filling. There is pretty sparkly edible glitter on the "2" and on Riley's name...unfortunately, you can't see it sparkle in the pics. =/
The little hula girl topper was sculpted from fondant. Flowers are fondant as well. =)
