Happy Birthday Amanda!

This cake is for my dear friend Amanda. White almond sour cream cake. The bottom picture actually shows the pretty glitter...yay! =)

This cake is for my sister Brandy. She loved the cake that I made for my neice Emma and wanted one like it for herself. White almond sour cream cake. All decorations are fondant. The sand is ground up animal crackers and the water is piping gel.

Bar's 1st Birthday

Emma's Beach Party Cake

This cake is for my niece, Emma. =) White almond sour cream cake with buttercream filling. All of the accents were made with fondant. For the "water" around the base of the cake, I used piping gel. The sand around the cake is animal crackers that I put in the food processor.

And.....the cake below is the birthday cake that I made for Emma two years ago when I was brand new to caking! This was the 2nd cake I ever made! haha

Riley's Hula Girl Cake

6"-8"

The top tier is white almond sour cream cake. The bottom tier is chocolate cake. Both tiers have cream cheese filling. There is pretty sparkly edible glitter on the "2" and on Riley's name...unfortunately, you can't see it sparkle in the pics. =/

The little hula girl topper was sculpted from fondant. Flowers are fondant as well. =)

White almond sour cream cake with buttercream filling. For the mouse ears hat, I cut a styrofoam ball in half and covered it in fondant. I wish that the sparkley glitter showed up in the pictures the same way that you see it in person...glitter totally makes the cake in my opinion! =D
