This is a key lime cake with key lime cream cheese filling. The airplane and luggage are made of fondant. Clearly this was my first time making an airplane and luggage! haha

how do you do your lettering? is there a mold or do you cut them out? Please help :)
For the letters I use tappits...I get them at my local cake supply store. There are different fonts and sizes. =)
how did you get the fondant to get stiff enough to stand up?
